PAYMENT
Payment can be made by personal check (with 10-day hold time), cashiers check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Sorry, no COD's.

SALES TAX
Arkansas residents must add 7.125% sales tax.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
UPS will deliver your order via Regular Ground service unless otherwise indicated. All orders will be insured for actual value. A $5.00 handling fee, which covers the cost of packing materials, will be added to the actual shipping cost of heavier than normal orders. We will make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

BACK ORDERS
Out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and will be shipped immediately when available.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy as a customer is extremely important to us. We will never release your personal information to third parties for any reason.

SAFETY
It should be noted that the models we offer are not toys. They are scale models of full-size steam engines. Because of the use of live steam and the prevalence of moving parts, precautions should be taken to prevent injury. Children should always be supervised by a competent adult when operating these models.

Morrison Miniature Machines shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Unopened items may be returned for store credit as long as the original packaging is intact. Sorry, no returns are allowed on special order items, books or drawing, or on non-defective opened items.

Defective parts will be replaced free of charge as long as the defective part is returned. Parts which are damaged due to operator error or other causes can be replaced for a nominal fee.

WARRANTY
All items offered in this price list are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. We will handle manufacturer warranty claims on request. Warranties do not apply in the case of misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, repairs or lack of maintenance.

We make every effort to ensure that the products we sell are of the highest quality and we hope you never have to use this warranty.

Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited. Some items are currently not available from the manufacturer. These items are identified by "Call" in front of the price. For these items, just give us a call and we'll provide you with the current availability.
